I was prompted to write this post on a whim. It’s all part of my `go with my gut’ philosophy in life and I’d love you to listen up – because you play a big part in it.
In case you missed it, I”m no longer in Canada where I lived for over two mainly wonderful years.

Train travel in Croatia
I’m presently embarking on the next stage of my journey – small stint in the US before moving to Buenos Aires, Argentina to live and tango.
It’s all part of my master plan to show myself – and you in the process, how to create freedom in business and adventure in life.
That’s my motto and my vision for WomanzWorld – and you’ll see a few changes on this site in the next week or so to reflect that. I’m excited. Are you?
Let’s get one thing straight I’m not going off on a tangent, this blog is still about you – the real female entrepreneur daring to BE everyday.
Striking out, taking on that challenge, pushing through the fear.
Succeeding momentarily only to fail, getting up, brushing yourself off & then striding forward to another defining moment.
You are beautiful, bold and brave. May you always remember that.
Even if sometimes you don’t feel it. I know. I had one of those moments last week during my product launch and again today.
I put that down to constantly pushing my boundaries – which let’s face it can be a tad tiresome. Sometimes it just gts you down, you feel isolated and wonder what you’re doing it all for.
Then you realise it’s the consequences of what you do, as an entrepreneur, you took this upon yourself. And you know, deep down that inevitably these actions will turn into a wealth of rich experiences you’d never give up – not for a moment.

This graffiti in Budapest says it all
For me, a big part of these experiences has come from travelling the world.
A wonderful friend pointed out to me that I don’t write enough about my travels, about this intense desire for freedom that I’ve always had.
Since it’s so much a part of who I am and is what I’m merging into my business world I thought I’d add a touch of that travel sparkle over the coming weeks.
It’s a journey not a destination
You’ve heard that line a lot before I’m guessing. I love it. I don’t always put it into practice, but when I take time to step away from what I’m always working on I give myself a chance to see how far I’ve come.
Have you tried that lately? I’d suggest you do. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Ultimately what I think we’re all working towards is freedom.
To me freedom doesn’t equate to financial wealth or being able to buy all the possessions in the world.
It’s an attitude that’s backed up by your actions. Anyone can be free – they just have to define what that looks like for them.

My life's baggage
I purposefully like to rid myself of any unnecessary extras when I move country.
I gifted my clothes and lent out my books and left Canada with just one suitcase, one tennis bag, a tiny green backpack full of books and my laptop bag – yes I am posing as Christmas itself!
My point is that for some people they couldn’t fathom how I packed my life into that little. In my mind (especially as I got charged $160 in luggage fees at the airport) I felt it was already too much.
You really just need your health, a keen eye, a child’s curiosity and an open mind – plus a sense of adventure.
Another friend remarked that she loved my life and was jealous that I could just travel the world whenever I pleased. The thing is so could she and so can you. You just choose to prioritise other things instead.
This `glamorous’ nomadic life can be particularly challenging – especially if you don’t like change and instead adore stability.
Luckily neither of those two things interest me at all, but it’s still tough upping and leaving your friends, your favourite cafes to hang out, cycle rides, parks to play in, venues to dance in, and events to network at – for a completely new world.
My Spanish currently sucks, I have no idea how to Tango aside from holding a rose in my mouth (and that’s the man’s job) and I don’t even have a flight booked.
But I know where I’m going, I know I’ll land on two feet and when I arrive – well I know that this is where I’m meant to be right now.
It’s a wonderful thing to know I can run WomanzWorld from anywhere. Knowing and doing are two entirely different things but I got to practice in Europe and it went exceedingly well.
As I titled this blog post, you need to define yourself not by what you have, but by your actions, and by what you give.
You need nothing, you have everything to give, so go and live that life with purpose.
Oh and tell me how you’re doing this already below – I could start a blog post series of your own individual adventures!
