• Great list! I follow and have learned from many of them – top of the list for me would definitely be Lorrie Morgan Ferrero 🙂

    • Natalie

Thanks Kelly, I’m glad you’re prioritizing this list 😉 Seriously though I have also learned a lot from these ladies and will continue to.

  • This is a very good list! Thank you for taking the time to put it together and sharing it with us.

    Best Regards and Take Care!

  • Thank you for really great inspiration and a great list – followed some of these fierce ladies already, but you sure gave me reason to follow some more=)

    • Natalie

      Fierce and fabulous they are.

  • I read Kelly’s RT of this post and came right over. One of the ways twitter is useful for me is via the insight I gain from thoughtful tweets by interesting and productive members many of whom I find on resourceful lists like these. Thanks for putting this together.

  • I’m honored to know some of these women and while you raise the point that it’s impossible to create a comprehensive list I think you’ve done a great job picking some wonderful women – especially because you’ve raised quite a few to my attention of whom I’ve never heard and now intend to seek them out!

Thanks for broadening the scope of broads 🙂

    • Natalie

Thanks so much Cathy. It actually took a long time to pull this together and write fitting words about the great ‘Broads’ so glad there’s some new names for you to connect with.

  • Hi Natalie!

Wow, what a wonderful surprise and honour. Thank you for including Entrepreneurial Woman Magazine (@ewoman_magazine) on your Top 20 list. 🙂

I’m now ‘following’ your top 20 list on twitter and I’m looking forward to getting to know more about the other women on the list as well.

    • Natalie

You’re so meant to be on there Cathy! And you’re in fine company 🙂

  • Wow, I am completely humbled to be on this list! Thanks so much for putting this together!

    • Natalie

      You’re awesome, that’s why you’re on here! 🙂

  • I read Kelly’s re-tweet of this post and ran over to read it. Lots of fabulous ladies on there! I didn’t discriminate and added everyone I wasn’t already following. I love learning from the best.

    • Natalie

      Great to hear Stephanie.

  • @Fabienne is speaking at my conference in Oct. The Super Mom Entrepreneur Conference & Expo will be held in NY on 10/30. https://www.supermompreneur.com I can’t wait to meet her in person as she is amazing!

    • Natalie

      That’s fantastic to hear Heather.

  • Thanks for including me here Natalie. You’re awesome 🙂

    • Natalie

      Oh you’re so welcome!

  • How wonderful…I’m always looking for inspiring women to follow. How convenient to have some wonderful suggestions all lined up here!!

  • Great list Natalie, thanks for putting this together! I follow many of these fantastic women and everyday I learn something new from them. But you forgot to put your name down 🙂

    • Natalie

Oh thanks Sofia. I do believe I put both my Twitter handles at the bottom 😉 That said I didn’t add myself to the list….hmmm

  • Great to see another list here – and I’m looking forward to the international version!

    • Natalie

Oh so am I! Any suggestions for me to add in?

  • acavoulacos

I love @PrtyYoungPro as well, a new online resource for young professional women. They’ve got great articles and useful advice (which has been a lifesaver since I started my first job) https://www.prettyyoungprofessional.com

    • NatalieSisson

@acavoulacos well you would as a cofounder and all 😉 I’d like to know more about the name you’ve given the site, do you believe that younger women want to focus on being feminine and being business like too? Let me know more

    • acavoulacos

@NatalieSisson It’s an interesting debate, we we’ve certainly had one. We’ve had a positive response from the majority of people visiting our site – many of which are young professional women who want to be able to be seen as professional without having to erase the feminine aspect of their identity. Others were more opposed – some of which have changed their minds after hearing the rationale behind the site, some of which have not.

If you’re interested, you can find out more about the debate in our article “The Problem with Pretty”:

    • NatalieSisson

@acavoulacos I thought there’d be some debate and the comments on that post are interesting for sure. I’m whole heartedly pro women in business also being feminine and embracing that. In fact it’s been proven that women have many characteristics that make them more successful that are inherently feminine. I like that you’ve discussed it on your site, I’d be inclined to have it under the about us – a `what’s behind our name’ page too. Congrats on starting your site and I’m sure you will be a huge benefit to many young women!

    • acavoulacos

@NatalieSisson Thanks for the suggestion, I think you’re absolutely right about adding it in the About Us section as well. And thanks for the support, I look forward to following developments from WomanzWorld as well!

  • melodygranger

This is an amazing list! I recognize & socialize with a few of these ladies. I’m looking forward to meeting more of them 😉 Thanks for sharing these ladies with us!

  • Great list! I would add Bex Mitchell (my wife and business partner), @socialbex, of Social Butterfly Marketing. She started Social Butterfly in her dining room and now flies across the country to meet with potential clients.

Also, our business model wouldn’t work if it wasn’t for all of the “mom-trepreneurs” who make up our workforce, our Social Butterflies.

  • Hi – You should link all of the handles so people can easily follow them from your post.

    • Natalie

I do believe I have set up a Twitter list that you can follow them all in one shot from

  • Great list and an important reminder that women in business have a lot to offer each other.

  • This list is fantastic! I was about to suggest Aliza Sherman @alizasherman but then I realized she was on your list from round one!
