How would you define entrepreneurship? I bet I can guess; it requires cursing the conventional, refusing to conform to a 9-5, and building your very own business.
Chances are that no where in your idea of entrepreneurship can you find freedom in an organization and be able to build your dream position with them.
Well, Ryan Hanley is here to tell you otherwise. Ryan’s is a very unique entrepreneur in that he has his own personal brand as well as works within an organization. He was lucky enough to find an organization that gave him the autonomy and capability to build what he wanted within their marketing company, and he fondly refers to himself as an “intropreneur” because of it.
One of the biggest things Ryan has learned in his journey is the power of storytelling to hook your audience and stand out amongst the crowd. It is something he frequently refers to on his blog and podcast. He even wrote his book Content Warfare, which was just released in August 2014 about the importance of storytelling.
