Jumping through multiple time zones in one day is just and parcel of living a suitcase entrepreneur lifestyle.
That, and being adept at turning an airport into your local office, and the airplane chair and fold out table into your desk.
If you’re a frequent flyer, you’ll know what I mean. And the thing I’ve come to realise is, that no matter how rested you think you are after your flight, you’re mind and body will struggle to play catch up and adjust.
When I was laying over in the Moscow airport at 1 AM after traveling for 13 hours and with several hours of travel still ahead, I could feel my energy fading, even though I still had a book to write and strategy to craft on the plane.
The Cure for Jet Lag
Did you know that the amount of hours difference between where you were, compared to where you’re going is supposed to be the number of days you’ll take to get over jet lag.

So when you need to cure jet lag quickly so you can work and be productive in-flight, what are you supposed to do?
In today’s video, I tell you about my secret cure for jet lag for long haul flights that works without fail, every time.
Plus, there’s an easy to apply tip at the end that will save you money every time you travel.

- Get yourself the anti-jet lag remedy I mention in the video from the Fly1Above website.
- Drink less alcohol on the plane – just because it’s `free’ doesn’t mean you should go nuts.
- Bring your own eye mask to block out any light so you can sleep.
- Wear comfortable clothes so you don’t restrict your blood flow.
- Get up regularly to walk around the plane and stretch – especially on long haul flights of 5+ hours.
