2009 was a tough year. A lot of businesses folded and a lot of entrepreneurs dusted off their resumes and hit the streets looking for a full-time gig to tide them over.

But not you. You made it! And to celebrate your success, Vancouver technology company CityMax.com is throwing a big bash for local entrepreneurs at their headquarters in Gastown on Wednesday, October 21st.

Here are the deets:

Entrepreneur Spirit Day: A Celebration of Small Business
Wednesday, October 21st, 2009
#313 – 1 Alexander Street (above Chill Winston)4:30pm – 7:00pm

This isn’t some stuffy networking event where you’ll stand around feeling kinda awkward, balancing business cards and a tiny glass of wine with one hand and trying to plug your ear to shut out bad sales pitches with the other…

This is a REAL party to celebrate your success as an entrepreneur!

If you’re a solo entrepreneur or small business owner, take some time out to come down, connect and share ideas with other driven, like-minded entrepreneurs over drinks from the open bar, live entertainment, live music and free food.

I’ll be on hand to greet you into the building.

Space is limited. Please RSVP now at https://citymax.com/celebrate.htm
