Once you’re in you get  especially good customer service but it’s unlikely you’ll need it because this is one of the easiest to use meeting tools I’ve ever witnessed. They also have a worthy mission which I like:

There’s no software to download or install, it all launches within your browser. The interface is clean and stylish and did I mention it’s currently free?

It’s about a thousand times faster |(ok a little exaggerated) than GoToMeeting, Adobe Connect and Webex and you have to watch their hilarious home page video on how they kick these big meeting players’ asses with their speed and ease of use.

My alltime favourite feature is that recording your meetings is no fuss and really simple and you get the final file as an MP4. Trust me if you’ve used other systems with their stupidly complex files that need to go through several conversions before you can even show them, you’ll be overjoyed at this too.
