5 Tips on How to Build Your Remote Dream Team

When you are location independent, building a team can seem like an impossible task at first. I mean, how do you manage a team when you’re not all in one location?

More so, how do you take the leap of faith and hand little parts of your business baby off to someone you’ve never even met before?

Well the beauty of working from anywhere and having a location independent lifestyle business means you’re perfectly setup to work with a virtual team,  since all of you are already working from your laptops, and around the world.

The only tricky thing is managing all those timezones for team meetings which we do weekly on Google Hangout, and trusting in who you hire to do a great job.

It may seem tough to take this first step, but the only way to grow your business is to grow your team so in this week’s video I have you covered!

I started outsourcing 2-3 years ago and I’ve never looked back. My team have taken on more and more of my workload over the years, freeing up time for me to focus on growing the business, working my strategic plan and creating and launching new initiatives to bring in more revenue.

They save me time and make me money and quite often do multiple tasks way better than I ever did. Plus I am safe in the knowledge that when I’m offline, taking a break or stuck in an airport, that they can handle whatever needs to be done.

Throughout my outsourcing journey I have learned and applied a lot including tips for finding the right freelancer, hacks for handling flaky ones and tricks to help make handing off tasks and projects as easy as possible.
