So it’s probably an understatement to say that I’m a BIG fan of dogs.
Hence all of the pictures on Instagram constantly of me walking dogs, petting dogs and spending time with dogs (even dogs aspiring to be Suitcase Entrepreneurs with my book!).
What you may not know is that, if I wasn’t being a Suitcase Entrepreneur, I’d buy a piece of land somewhere and start a Dog Adventure Park where people could drop off their dogs and I’d play with them and look after them all day, every day….it’s a future business plan.
The benefits of having the company of dogs and cats is well known, that’s why they often use them in hospitals for patients to interact with. I’ve found them super beneficial on my travels too, which I talk about in today’s video.
Some of my fondest moments have come from spending time with dogs while I’m house sitting, like when I stayed with Karley and Elise in Vancouver and fell in love with their pup Luka, and I’d go so far as to say helped me get through my burnout after my book tour!
