		<description>I think that entirely depends on the situation. Individually for a person to be a great networker they need to care about who they meet, take a genuine interest and not want to get anything out of the initial introductions other than get to know them better. I think women are particularly good at this as we&#039;re natural connectors we genuinely care about others.</description>
