I really liked the Art of Start from Guy Kawasaki, especially if you’re in the tech world particularly. I love The Dip but Seth Godin just because it’s the reality of being in business for yourself and everyone should know about the ups and downs and pushing through those moments of fear. Plus check out the links in the post at the end to other book reviews I’ve done for some goodies

Yep totally. I think it’s best to get recommendations from people you trust so you focus on just reading the books that really will make a difference to your life and business.
