Thanks so much for the tip! LinkedIn seems to be very effective so far – I think because of the way we are able to access certain key target groups, and that our messaging doesn't only appear on the website but also gets distributed to their members. But we've tied it to facebook, which is tied to twitter (and, yes! we definitely need twitter help!), which is tied to our own blog, and then we've got google ad words and we're trying to best optimize our site using SEO, etc., etc.!

That's excellent news. What types of strategies have been working for you so far? I see you're quite new on Twitter. I'd suggest using Twellow.com to find some prolific tweeters in your target market to follow so that they follow you back and start driving the types of people who may be interested in your service.
