What Makes A Woman Successful In Business?

This is a guest post from Carol Roth, one of the wonderful experts in the Passport to Business Program.

I love Carol Roth’s no nonsense attitude and straight up style. She truly wants women to build businesses that befit our greatness yet she feels we’re not succeeding at this.

In these short but powerful videos, Carol explores the difference between what makes a man and woman successful in business by thinking bigger and by delegating.

She also gets fired up explaining the job to business spectrum, clarifying the differences between a “jobby” (a job, that’s really more of a hobby) and a bona fide business – and why you should have the latter – today!

What do you think? Are you fired up and ready to step into your power and be the successful entrepreneur you can be? Leave a comment. If you already are then let us know what you think has been the key to your success?

With the capital markets in the state they are in now, it is even more important than ever to emphasize these points. Too many business plans have great projections of future income or profits but do not explain how the business will pay back the capital they have borrowed. Even existing businesses have to have the cash flow to carry the loan
